We are looking for a Health and Wellness Training Developer to join our team in Novo Nordisk Health & Safety. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital training development and project management.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop clear and instructive H&S training solutionsIdentify potential and scope of new training solutions in collaboration with NN Health and Safety and other relevant stakeholdersHelp implementation of H&S training solutions and provide recommendations for LoBMaintain the H&S training content for all target groups to ensure training stays relevant and aligned with H&S strategy and needs in LoBPlan and manage projects relating to training, including vendor contact and stakeholder managementAbout You:
To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in a relevant field and experience in digital training development and project management. Strong understanding of e-learning training formats and development/authoring programmes is also required.
