Join Our Agile Team as a Scrum Master

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our agile team in Laboratory Solutions at Novo Nordisk. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating, coaching, and supporting our agile delivery teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and remove impediments, escalating issues as necessary, and help the team manage their progress through transparent backlogs and board overviews.
  • Ensure the agile team has the necessary knowledge, tools, and training to reach their maximum potential and coordinate work across different areas that utilize MuleSoft for integration.
  • Coordinate releases with different projects, plan testing activities with the teams, and support teams with technical incidents or challenges around MuleSoft integrations.
  • Help team members prepare and align expectations before and during events.
  • Promote agile working practices, including working in Azure DevOps, and drive continuous improvement in the team by creating a learning environment and ensuring learnings are shared with other agile teams and Novo Nordisk.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, chemistry, biology, or other relevant fields, and more than 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or from an agile delivery team, preferably with SAFe Agile framework.
  • Good comprehension of IT and experience with IT infrastructure, and potentially worked on IT projects in a regulated industry.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps tool is required.
  • Strong people and change management, and communication skills with a cross-cultural mindset.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
About the Team:

Our department of Digital Data & IT (DD&IT) uses MuleSoft as a strategic integration platform for connecting applications, data, and devices across different systems and platforms. In DD&IT Product Supply, we aim to have an internal MuleSoft Centre of Excellence team that will help us mature our MuleSoft setup.

Laboratory Solutions (LABS) is a part of Digital Data & IT Product Supply organisation which has employees based in Denmark, India, US, China, France, and Brazil. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business, ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and support to the Novo Nordisk production solution as well as supply chain needs worldwide.

Your direct team, PS-MAH (Product Supply – MuleSoft APIs Hub), is focusing on business applications and acts as a central team established in the department to govern and administrate the API needs across DD&IT Product Supply.
