We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Professional to join our team in supporting the planning, implementation, and monitoring of construction projects. This role will involve providing technical guidance, oversight, and support to offices globally, with a focus on sustainable approaches to construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and review regulatory frameworks and guidelines for construction projects.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to offices on sustainable construction practices.
  • Support staffing and professional development on construction-related topics.
  • Monitor and communicate UNICEF's construction activities globally.

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, architecture, or building construction.
  • Minimum five years of professional experience in project and contract management, with a focus on construction projects.
  • Experience in sustainable construction, resilience, and climate actions.
  • Fluency in English required, knowledge of another official UN language an asset.
