Customer Success Strategist

We are Monta ApS, a pioneering company at the forefront of the electric vehicle charging industry. As our Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction across the DACH region.
Our team is passionate about revolutionizing the global EV charging experience, and we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join us on this exciting journey. You will be responsible for managing our industry-leading Strategic Partners, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Develop Strong Relationships: Foster close ties with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Operational Lead & Trusted Advisor: Act as the operational lead and trusted advisor for all stakeholders in your dedicated book of business, ensuring seamless product implementation, migration, and proactive customer support.
- Risk Management & Renewals: Collaborate with Account Management to handle risk proactively, manage renewals, and grow your book of business over time.
You will be part of our dynamic and growing team, working closely with sales, account management, finance, marketing, and product teams to ensure our strategic partners receive the best possible service and support. Key Requirements:
- 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role with strategic organizations, preferably with Fortune 500 companies.
- Fluent German & English: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong Commercial Acumen: Customer-first mentality, commercial acumen, and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.
