">The Role
">We are seeking a Junior Legal and Tax Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Analyst, you will be part of both the Legal and Tax teams that play a pivotal role in managing and operating AIP's investments. The Legal team ensures all legal and regulatory aspects of investments are meticulously managed, while the Tax team oversees structuring and tax due diligence when making new investments.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Support with legal ad hoc matters, manage and update legal documents and structure charts, handle KYC requests, and notarization.
- Provide general tax support on investments and ongoing tax matters related to our foreign offices, as well as monitor transfer pricing positions and keep documentation up to date.
- Assist with updating policies, procedures, and investor-related materials and questions to ensure streamlined operations and effective communication.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Law or Business Administration & Commercial Law, regardless of your current semester. You must be analytical and detail-oriented, with an eagerness to learn and a genuine interest in working in an investment firm. Strong stakeholder management skills and an innate ability to create relationships are essential.
