Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our environmental assessments and project teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading environmental assessments of local, municipal, regional, and national plans, as well as projects within offshore wind, coastal protection, urban development, and infrastructure.
  • Staffing projects and managing project economics.
  • Communicating with customers and authorities.
  • Coordinating input from various specialists, including biologists, geographers, engineers, lawyers, GIS specialists, landscape managers, architects, and economists.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of documented experience in project management.
  • An educational background in biology, geography, environmental engineering, planning, landscape architecture, or a similar field.
  • Experience working with engineering consultancy companies is preferred.
  • Excellent coordination skills and the ability to handle customers, authorities, and stakeholders effectively.
  • The drive to manage, inspire, and develop colleagues.
  • A diverse network in the EIA/EA community and the ability to establish new relationships.
  • Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) and English (written).
