About the Team

Our team at the Department of Plant and Environmental Sciences, Section of Soil and Plant Sciences is committed to advancing knowledge in the field of environmental science, particularly in the areas of nutrient cycling and life cycle assessment. We are seeking a highly qualified research expert to join our team as a postdoctoral researcher.

The successful candidate will be involved in life cycle assessment of nutrient recycling technologies from sewage sludge and industrial residues, working closely with our team to develop and apply life cycle assessment methodologies. This project is part of two EU-funded initiatives, WalNUT and DeliSoil, which aim to advance the sustainable management of nutrients through innovative technologies.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a solid background in environmental science, specifically in nutrient cycling and life cycle assessment. You should also possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and present findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • PhD in environmental science or related field
