About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager who can spearhead projects integrating mechanics, electronics, software, and mobile apps. Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have several years of project leadership experience in a complex multi-project environment with the ability to facilitate good cooperation across a matrix organization.

  • You have project management experience with solid Value Chain knowledge across supply chain, procurement, R&D & Product Management.
  • You have experience in project process, project quality, continuous improvement, and optimization.
  • You can motivate the team and lead the way forward in a changing environment.
  • You are an excellent collaborator with strong communication skills and passionate about working with cross-functional colleagues.
  • You are resilient when things are tough, able to remove roadblocks in collaboration with the team and look for different ways to achieve objectives.
  • You have experience working in an agile environment with continuous learning and adjusting to meet project objectives.
