European Energy A/S is a leading player in the green energy transition. We develop, construct, and operate renewable energy projects globally, with a focus on wind and solar farms.

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Riga, Latvia. As a key member of our project development team, you will be responsible for managing the development process of our wind and solar projects in Latvia, from inception to construction-ready status.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the project development process, ensuring timely completion of milestones and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinating with engineering, environment, procurement, and construction experts to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Developing project development expenses budgets and tracking their execution.
  • Identifying land plots and negotiating land lease agreements with landowners.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, environment engineering, business management, economics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in renewable energy development, engineering, corporate finance, or public administration.
  • Proficiency in English and Latvian languages, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
