About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a Part-time Accountant to join our finance team on a flexible schedule. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, reconciliations, and account maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile bank accounts and ensure correct booking of payments
  • Perform designated month-end reconciliations and close the Accounts Receivable module
  • Book credit card and travel expenses, as well as code external invoices in our invoice handling system
  • Review and approve weekly payments, initiate miscellaneous payments, and conduct supplier due diligence according to internal requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in accounting and knowledge of debit/credit principles
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Fluency in English (written and oral) and preferably Danish
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
