About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Industry Sales Lead who is passionate about sales and harnessing the potential of technology in the Life Science & Health sector. As an Industry Sales Lead, you will be responsible for our strategic key accounts in this segment. You'll drive success by creating value through strong client relationships, impactful technology projects, and growth-focused strategies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share with key accounts.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that maximize value.
  • Orchestrate collaboration across twoday business units to ensure successful delivery of strategic goals for your clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to create sales strategies, presentations, and proposals.
  • Monitor and report sales performance to senior management.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Represent twoday at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different country teams to leverage international expertise.

Who You Are

  • 6+ years of experience in sales or sales leadership, preferably in a tech consulting environment, with a focus on Life Science & Health.
  • Proven track record of delivering strong sales results.
  • Solid understanding of how technology is applied within the Life Science & Health industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A balance of independent drive and team collaboration skills.
