Responsibilities- Take ownership of technical tasks and solutions in various projects, collaborating with the converter team and stakeholders.
- Participate in software development, owning and developing converter software architectural design and development, and delivering product configuration models, functional tests, and verification.
- Engage in product performance feedback from the field, translating new product requirements into new features, functionality development, or improvements to the modular converter control software platform.
- Drive, participate, and interact with team members and stakeholders to ensure the SW solution developed meets expectations and adheres to the modular SW roadmap.
- Take on Tech Lead roles in different projects.
- Master or Bachelor of Engineering, preferably in Software Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant working experience in embedded software and product development for systems including HW and SW interaction.
- Good functional and modular SW development understanding.
- High SW architectural understanding and ability to perform new software design, development, and debugging independently.
- Experience with C and C++ programming languages.
- Experience with Source Code Management and SW Continuous Integration processes.
- Systematic and structured way of working.
- Highly independent and self-initiated to learn.
- Highly skilled in problem-solving analysis and software debugging.
- Ability to abstract from details when needed.
- Focused person not afraid to learn new technical areas.
- Experience in defining functional specifications, conducting system validation, and preparing technical documentation.
- Good communication skills both to internal team and to external stakeholders.
- Ability to estimate tasks and communicate with project managers and functional leads.
- Process-oriented and product life cycle understanding.
- Able to support other team members and work in a multi-cultural and global environment.
