As a Manufacturing Development Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our manufacturing roadmap, focusing on resin infusion, material deposition, post-treatment, or composite manufacturing in general.

You'll collaborate with a highly skilled team of specialists to develop and test new processes, materials, and equipment, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in blade manufacturing.

Your achievements will have a direct impact on serial blade production, working closely with stakeholders from Blade design teams to global tooling design and local plant engineers.

We're looking for passionate professionals with a strong background in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Materials Engineering, ideally with a PhD in composites manufacturing.

1. At least 3 years of experience in R&D projects within composite manufacturing, preferably with European funded R&D projects or other public funds.
2. Hands-on experience in testing and implementing new composite manufacturing processes.
3. Advanced understanding of composite mechanics.
4. Knowledge of material characterization for process development (permeability, viscosity...).
5. Familiarity with preform and/or prepreg technologies, or material deposition in general.
6. A good understanding of vacuum infusion process will be a plus.
7. Excellent English skills both orally and in writing.
8. Proficiency in MS-Office.
