Unlock Your Potential in a Global Supply Chain Setup

Are you ready to embark on a 2-year journey of growth and development in a global Supply Chain setup? Do you want to join a Graduate Program tailored to your skills and interests? Look no further

As a Global Supply Chain Graduate, you will undergo three rotations of 8 months, each in a different department, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our global Supply Chain operations. You will be exposed to various aspects of our business, including Supply Chain Management, International Business, and Global Operations.

Throughout the program, you will be assisted by managers, program sponsors, and a mentor, ensuring a smooth transition and continuous support. You will also become part of a network of 15 fellow graduates, each with their unique background and expertise.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Learn about the supply chain process and gain insight into day-to-day management and strategic direction in a world-leading tech company.
  • Participate in initiatives related to our global strategy and work on projects optimizing processes across our divisions in Global Operations.
  • Work with our external manufacturing and gain insights into our manufacturing landscape.
  • Contribute to ensuring delivery performance according to customer expectations and work on in-house and outsourced distribution, warehousing, and manufacturing across a global supply chain.

Requirements

  • A relevant master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or International Business, potentially with elective courses from a technical background, Project Management, Program Management, or similar.
  • Good facilitation and project management skills.
  • Self-driven and take ownership.
  • Understanding of/experience with working in a global workplace with colleagues across the globe.
  • Interest in the supply chain/sourcing world and a keen interest to learn and develop the appropriate toolset, skillset, and mindset to succeed.
  • International experience through internships, study abroad programs, or volunteering (if circumstances such as COVID-19 have prevented you from gaining international experience, please specify).
