About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the effective governance and management of policy-related changes in our business units. As a Business Risk and Control Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing proposed policy changes, creating clear plans to operationalize and implement change, and providing briefing and advice as a policy expert.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze proposed policy changes to understand and evaluate their impact on the business
  • Create 'gap analyses' and clear plans to operationalize policy changes
  • Provide briefing and advice as a policy expert, including participation in cross-functional policy working groups and change teams
  • Develop and run reporting of overall adherence to policy, including recommendations for areas for action
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders across the organization to develop the efficiency and effectiveness of policy management and related processes
Requirements

We are looking for a collaborative and adaptable individual with a solid understanding of risk management and policy governance. You should have 5+ years of experience working in a related field, ideally with knowledge of the financial sector. Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
