Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects in pharmaceutical manufacturing at our Novo Nordisk A/S Kalundborg site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, and resources, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. You will also provide guidance and support to junior team members and contribute to the development of process improvements and best practices within the department.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage project cost, scope, time, risks, and business impact through project lifecycle
- Organise and lead multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure successful completion of all project deliverables through analysis, design, and construction
- Effectively engage and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, securing alignment and clear decision-making, with enterprise value in mind
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or any other relevant field
- Strong background in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- PMP certification and/or other best practice certifications
