About the Position
We are looking for a Senior OT/IT Solution Architect to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a member of our Design & Delivery department, you will be responsible for helping to define and design new digital solutions and integrating new technologies and innovative solutions that support our ambitious digital strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a background in IT or a related field, with experience in energy design, energy infrastructure, or utility installations being an advantage. You will need to have foundational knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks such as TOGAF, as well as excellent communication skills that span across functions, organisation levels, and cultures.
Your Responsibilities
- Define and design new digital solutions
- Integrate new technologies and innovative solutions
- Work closely with colleagues in the digital part of the program and across DD&IT
- Help set direction for architectural design
- Convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Drive alignment between IT and business objectives
About Our Team
You will be part of the Design & Delivery department, which consists of 18 experienced and highly engaged people with different professional backgrounds within Solution Architecture & Project Management. Our department is committed to being a trusted IT partner for the business and our colleagues in IT, and we strive to ignite and drive digital change across the Staffs' areas to achieve efficiency, compliance and excellent employee experience.
