We are a new, family-owned restaurant in Randers, Denmark, dedicated to delivering authentic Indian cuisine made with passion and the finest ingredients. Our goal is to provide our customers with a memorable dining experience.

• Prepare, cook, and present authentic Indian dishes, including tandoori, curries, naan breads, and more.
• Create traditional Indian recipes while maintaining the highest standards of taste and quality.
• Manage kitchen operations, including hygiene, food preparation, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and order ingredients as needed to ensure kitchen operations run smoothly.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to innovate and introduce new dishes to the menu.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff when necessary.

• Proven experience as an Indian cook specializing in authentic Indian cuisine.
• Expertise in using Indian spices, ingredients, and traditional cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining quality.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• English communication skills are essential, and knowledge of Danish is a plus.
