We are looking for a News Media Researcher & Customer Success Coordinator to join our team and assist our clients in gaining access to the most important media outlets, journalists, and influencers in Denmark. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching the Danish media landscape, identifying relevant media outlets, journalists, and influencers, and reaching out to obtain consent to use their contact information.

This role involves direct contact with our customers, supporting them via phone and email as well as coordinating tasks between customer support and other teams: development, digital design and research. You will also contribute to content on our website, and newsletters.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Danish news media landscape and stay updated on the latest industry trends. They will be outgoing and structured, able to call Danish media to obtain consent, or help customers via phone and email. Additionally, they will be interested in gaining insights into how Denmark's largest companies and organisations communicate. Fluency in both Danish and English is essential.
