Are you our new and highly motivated Solution Consultant?
As a Solution Consultant, you will participate in projects and deliveries ordered by our customers within card-based payment processing. You will work at the border between technology and functionality with the aim of optimizing the customer experience linked to the delivery of services from Card Issuing. You will work with international payment networks Visa and Mastercard, and Tieto's systems and solutions.
One of the success criteria in the position will be knowledge of the card issuer's value chain within card payments. In many deliveries and projects, you will be our customer front for selected service areas and thus work closely with our product development environments.

- This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with the expectation of being present in the office on a weekly basis. We lead with flexibility, value collaboration and believe in the importance of face-to-face interaction to foster teamwork and innovation.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Project Participation - Actively participate in projects and stay in touch with the customer during the delivery.
- Customer Engagement - Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers throughout the delivery process, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their needs and project scope.
- Delivery Process Enhancement - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our delivery process by providing insights, feedback, and recommendations for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Communication - Facilitate clear and transparent communication across stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Organizational Collaboration - Foster collaboration and synergy between different organizational units, leveraging collective expertise and resources to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations.
- Continuous Learning and Development - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to card-based payment processing and apply this knowledge to enhance the quality and innovation of our solutions.
To succeed and thrive in this position, we believe that you have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking and financial services, preferably within Card Issuing or other Card/Payment areas.
- Solution consulting/architecture background with understanding and hands-on experience with related processes.
- A Bachelor or Master's degree, preferably in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Econometrics or Economics.
- High degree of self-motivation with a commitment to deliver high-quality results.
- Worked on converting customers business needs into service deliveries.
- A drive to build a strong team in Sweden. You are a team player who likes to collaborate with your colleagues and always looks for ways to improve yourself and the team.
- A fluent communicator in Swedish and English language with an open mindset, people-oriented attitude with a natural curiosity and an entrepreneurial attitude who likes to collaborate.
