We're dedicated to driving progress in wind power solutions, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a Tower Structure Innovator, you'll have the opportunity to develop and maintain tower design guidelines, coordinate certification updates, and lead recertification efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain tower design guidelines in accordance with EU, IEC, and DIBt standards.
- Coordinate certification updates and ensure alignment with internal teams and external partners.
- Develop and implement comprehensive technical training programs for employees.
- Lead recertification efforts, ensuring seamless transitions to updated standards.
- Participate in standard committees to influence industry practices.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Structural or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in wind turbine design or a similar sector.
- Substantial knowledge of EU, IEC, and DIBt certification standards and guidelines.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to inspire collaboration.
- Exceptional technical communication skills and adaptability.
