Leadership Role in Sustainability Reporting

Nordic Sustainability is a pioneering strategy consultancy driving change through credibility and integrity.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our ESRS team, supporting clients in their sustainability reporting journey with expertise and high-quality deliverables.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with leading companies to design and implement comprehensive sustainability reporting approaches aligned with the ESRS requirements.
  2. Lead double materiality assessments to support clients in aligning their operations with European and global reporting frameworks.
  3. Take ownership of key client relationships and projects, building trust through expertise and high-quality deliverables.
  4. Identify opportunities for business growth, manage proposal writing, and develop new offerings connected to Nordic Sustainability's other knowledge areas.
Internal Expectations:
  1. Work closely with the Senior Manager and Team Lead of the ESRS team to align on the team's strategy and facilitate effective project delivery.
  2. Support team members and set directions for their work.
  3. Ensure high-quality results, especially within service offerings for ESRS-based double materiality and data gap assessments.
  4. Mentor junior team members to assist them in growing their technical abilities and consulting skills.
Requirements:

A solid background in sustainability reporting is necessary for this role. This includes (but is not limited to) an advanced technical understanding of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the ESRS.

Experience in delivering advisory services to diverse clients in complex environments is essential.

  7. You are motivated and willing to share your thoughts on how to improve sustainability reporting practices.
