Training Program Developer

We are seeking a skilled Training Program Developer to join our team in support of the development of multiple CMC API Pilot factories.

The ideal candidate will have experience with training knowledge, including learning formats, learning objectives, assessment and evaluation of training, and training effectiveness. They will also possess project management skills, with the ability to drive a project to completion and engage project members and key stakeholders.

The successful applicant will work closely with multiple stakeholders to support optimal training and increase human performance. They will contribute to the analysis, design, and development of simple and effective training solutions to cover training needs and solve business problems.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting site implementation of Novo Nordisk Training standards
  • Driving improvement projects related to training, such as "time-to-skill" tracks
  • Maintaining and broadening Novo Nordisk training concepts across our area

This role involves travel, with a minimum of 20 days expected per year. The successful candidate will have access to our global training organization and will work closely with API Pilots Job Function Coordinators, Training Supporters, and Training Partners in similar positions.
