At Novo Nordisk, we recognize the importance of a healthy and safe working environment. As a Health and Safety Professional, you will play a crucial role in promoting this culture within our Drug Product Manufacturing Science and Technology and Quality Control department.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to support our Health and Safety Partner and contribute to maintaining a sustainable safety culture. You will work closely with your HS Partner and HS Representatives to implement health and safety processes across DP MSAT&QC.
As part of our Business Support department, you will drive all business functions across our area, supporting more than 350 employees across 3 countries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing guidance on health and safety matters within production and projects.
- Assisting HS Representatives and HS leaders in driving health and safety processes.
- Maintaining health and safety training material and transitioning it towards a visual training concept.
- Participating in safety inspections, performance board meetings, and planning board meetings.
- Collaborating with and supporting People Managers, HS Representatives, Work Wise Trainers, and other subject matter experts within fields such as fire safety, electrical safety, ATEX/CE, ergonomic, and chemistry.
