Global Compliance Strategist with Regulatory Expertise

We are seeking a qualified attorney to join our team as a Senior Global Speak Up Manager. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team of subject matter experts in investigating and addressing complex regulatory and conduct matter cases, while promoting a culture of integrity and compliance within Ramboll Group A/S.

As a member of our Corporate Group Business Integrity, Cyber and Information Security & Compliance Department, you will be responsible for managing two subject matter experts, conducting investigations into suspicious activities, and collaborating with senior management to assess and address significant regulatory risks.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in business law and experience in providing strategic solutions that balance legal risks and business priorities.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization. They will also possess a flexible and positive mindset, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately 105,000 USD per annum, plus additional benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
