Automation Specialist in Fill and Finish ProductionAbout the Role:
We are seeking an experienced automation specialist to join our team as we expand our Fill & Finish production facilities. As a key member of our program organization, you will play a vital role in designing and building future-proof, global fill & finish production facilities with a focus on establishing strong foundational IT and automation.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Designing and implementing automation solutions to drive efficiency and productivity in our Fill & Finish production lines.
- Collaborating closely with process, engineering, and production responsible stakeholders to assess requirements and influence design.
- Acting as a resource for junior engineers and providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Playing a key part in FAT and SAT activities to ensure equipment meets required standards.
- Supporting execution of key project activities across global sites, requiring occasional travel.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background in automation or IT, with experience working in a regulated industry environment. You will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and thrive in a dynamic and energized environment.
