As a Senior Account Executive for the Nordics region at Staffbase, you will spearhead outbound strategies in collaboration with Partnerships, Marketing, and Sales Development Representatives to achieve targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Becoming an expert on employee communication and engagement strategies
  • Closing new business and driving revenue at or above quota level
  • Serving as a brand enthusiast for Staffbase
  • Building relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders
  • Managing complex sales cycles and leveraging necessary resources
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Customer Success teams
  • Bringing innovative strategies to advance Staffbase's values, culture, and vision for the future

To be successful, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS / Software sales, producing and exceeding targets in web technology, collaboration, communication, or innovative online product environments
  • Experience working in scale-up environments is preferred
  • A proven track record of working with communications teams, IT, HR, and C-level executives
  • Excellent emotional intelligence and the ability to truly listen to and understand prospects
  • Tons of passion, humour, and enthusiasm
  • Superior communication and closing skills
  • Business fluent English skills (C1+) with Swedish/Danish/Norwegian language skills being a plus
