Nordics Sales Strategist

As a Senior Account Executive for the Nordics region at Staffbase, you will spearhead outbound strategies in collaboration with Partnerships, Marketing, and Sales Development Representatives to achieve targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Becoming an expert on employee communication and engagement strategies
- Closing new business and driving revenue at or above quota level
- Serving as a brand enthusiast for Staffbase
- Building relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders
- Managing complex sales cycles and leveraging necessary resources
- Collaborating with Marketing and Customer Success teams
- Bringing innovative strategies to advance Staffbase's values, culture, and vision for the future
To be successful, you should have:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS / Software sales, producing and exceeding targets in web technology, collaboration, communication, or innovative online product environments
- Experience working in scale-up environments is preferred
- A proven track record of working with communications teams, IT, HR, and C-level executives
- Excellent emotional intelligence and the ability to truly listen to and understand prospects
- Tons of passion, humour, and enthusiasm
- Superior communication and closing skills
- Business fluent English skills (C1+) with Swedish/Danish/Norwegian language skills being a plus
