Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement sales training programs that align with our business objectives
  • Develop and oversee a structured graduate program aimed at nurturing and developing entry-level sales talent
  • Act as the primary facilitator for sales training sessions, utilizing various instructional techniques and formats to engage participants and ensure effective learning outcomes
  • Develop and maintain a repository of sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials to support ongoing learning and provide resources that enable our sales team to communicate value propositions to clients effectively
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of sales training programs and the overall effectiveness of our sales enablement strategy
