Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark Ramboll Full time

Job Overview

Are you enthusiastic about utilizing analytics to enhance People and Total Rewards strategies? Do you find excitement in transforming data into actionable insights that influence strategic choices? Are you keen to expand your expertise in a vibrant and evolving environment, motivated by the chance to contribute to a global organization that champions sustainable progress for society and the environment?

If this resonates with you, you might be an ideal candidate for the role of Global Rewards Consultant within our Center of Excellence: Global Rewards. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing data-driven reward initiatives and projects that align with our overarching global objectives at Ramboll.

About the Global Center of Excellence: Global Rewards

You will be part of a dedicated team of HR professionals within our Global Center of Excellence (CoE) in Group HR. This CoE is responsible for developing and promoting global HR solutions in our area of expertise. Our CoE operates on an international scale, with colleagues situated in various locations. You will collaborate closely with a compact team in Copenhagen, consisting of two Global Rewards Consultants under the guidance of the Senior Global Rewards Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in annual reward initiatives, including salary reviews, variable pay programs (bonus and performance share schemes), and position evaluations.
  • Conducting benchmarking and analyses using MS Excel, and preparing presentations that highlight key findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Engaging in diverse Rewards projects, such as mergers and acquisitions and pay transparency initiatives.
  • Drafting Total Compensation proposals for employees at the Director level.
  • Contributing to relevant Reward projects and tasks within our Centre of Excellence, tailored to your background, skills, and interests.

Your Path to Continuous Growth

From the moment you become part of Ramboll, we are committed to supporting your personal and professional growth, ensuring you evolve alongside us. For this role, we envision your foundation as:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field such as HR, statistics, analytics, finance, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • A strong analytical and data-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and comfort in managing and analyzing extensive datasets.
  • Fluency in English, as it serves as our Corporate Language.

The personal attributes that will contribute to your success in this role include a proactive, organized, and detail-focused approach to problem-solving. You are self-driven and eager to learn and enhance your skills. You possess both an analytical and a comprehensive perspective on your work.

Compensation Structure

At Ramboll, we strive to ensure a fair, equitable, and market-competitive compensation based on objective and transparent criteria. We determine compensation based on the role and the qualifications of the candidate. As part of our recruitment process and compensation-setting principles, we communicate the anticipated total compensation package during the initial interview.
