Product Manager for Hybrid Cloud Containerization Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our Hybrid Cloud Containerization Infrastructure team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy for our hybrid cloud containerization infrastructure, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the product strategy for hybrid cloud containerization infrastructure, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Lead and manage the Kubernetes Platforms team, guiding feature creation, accepting features, and supporting architectural runway.
- Collaborate with the ART leadership team to prioritize the ART Backlog, ensuring successful delivery of features and meeting business goals.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including users, product owners, and leadership teams.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading and managing IT teams and 10 years of IT experience in general, preferably in hybrid cloud infrastructure, cloud/hosting, or similar.
- Proven track record of leading Enterprise scale containerization initiatives at a strategic and tactical level in a hybrid cloud environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to lead complex products or projects through other leaders and/or through several highly specialized employees.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
