  • Manage the interaction between the team and external stakeholders.
  • Chair and facilitate agile ceremonies.
  • Remove impediments and take care of the problems that might detrimentally impact the work of the team.
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters within the organization to share knowledge and best practices and to improve the Scrum process.
  • Follow the team's progress and provide direction as needed.
  • Provide feedback to Delivery Team (formal).
