Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cyber security compliance, with a focus on embedded software and OT systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of these systems, working closely with cross-functional teams and management.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing cyber security compliance programs, conducting IT and information security risk assessments, and developing and maintaining risk management frameworks.

You will also support the CISO and BISOs in integrating IT risk management into the broader security strategy, monitor and follow-up on risk mitigation efforts, and provide guidance and support to stakeholders.

A key aspect of this role is your ability to stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends, threats, and technologies. You will be required to manage stakeholder engagement and communication to improve OT security.

This is a great opportunity to work in the industrial and manufacturing engineering industry, where you will be able to apply your expertise in a real-world setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cyber security compliance programs for embedded software and OT systems.
  • Conduct IT and information security risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and threats.

  • Support the CISO and BISOs in integrating IT risk management into the broader security strategy.
  • Monitor and follow-up on risk mitigation efforts, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver risk-related reports and updates.
  • Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents.
