About the Role
As a key member of our Assembly Launch team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality training support to our customers. You will be responsible for actively directing the team to provide continuous training support and serving as the single point of contact for the Training Project lead.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure safe working practices among team members for assigned projects.
- Oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and maintain effective communication with Instructors.
- Track and review deliverables from the team and participate in relevant meetings.
- Develop and maintain project-specific training materials and ensure they are recorded in the digital documentation system and training manual.
- Cultivate and sustain training standards within the project.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments supporting manufacturing processes such as maintenance and stockroom/customer service.
Key Qualifications
- A solid understanding of ECM processes in Vestas.
- A base of ERP System: SAP knowledge at Technical Support level, familiarity with documents, tooling, and Vestas process.
- Excellent data management skills using Excel.
- Familiarity with other tools like Power Point, Visio, Microsoft Project.
- High-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
