Process Optimization Specialist

As the Director of Formulation and Washing, you will lead the department in achieving production targets through optimized process efficiency and resource allocation.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the formulation, wash, and sterilization processes.
- Collaborate with the management team to establish and maintain effective organizational structures and improvement cultures.
- Promote the use of new technologies to enhance process efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Establish and maintain data integrity and risk assessments within the department.
About the Factory
Our factory in Kalundborg operates various processes, including environment, washing, and sterilization, preparation, aseptic filling, freeze drying, and inspection. We strive for continuous improvement using LEAN as a key lever, aiming to create a safe, efficient, and sustainable work environment.
