Job Requirements
This role requires a seasoned executive with substantial commercial pharmaceutical expertise to navigate the complex commercial space. You will lead strategic projects across PSIO and commercial core strategic projects, driving governance, communication, and cultural transformation. Your ability to understand LEO Pharma's broad commercial profile and disrupt or transform it will be key to your success.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic projects across PSIO and commercial core strategic projects
  • Accountable for and driving PSIO Governance
  • PSIO representation in LEO Pharma including preparing and reviewing presentations for internal and external events
  • Define and implement a commercial Lean Six Sigma mindset and build up capabilities across PSIO

Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess leadership and P&L experience, preferably at a director level. You should have experience in building and implementing governance structures, as well as substantial commercial pharmaceutical expertise. Strong execution and follow-up skills, communication expertise, and interpersonal savvy are essential. Trained in LEAN and/or Six Sigma is a benefit.
