Legal Caseworker

Flightright GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Legal Caseworker to join its litigation department in Copenhagen. As an air passenger rights advocate, you will play a crucial role in enforcing verdicts via the enforcement courts and optimizing work processes through new technologies.

This full-time position involves preparation of pleadings in court cases, settlement negotiations with airlines, contact with air passengers, and assessing verdicts for potential appeals.

You will have the opportunity to gain insight into legal methods and civil procedure, learn about evidence theory, and develop expertise on air passenger rights according to EU Regulation 261/2004.

• Contact with external partners, including law firms

You will also be involved in optimizing work processes by investigating and implementing new technologies to enhance our services.

Our litigation department consists of 16 colleagues from diverse backgrounds who work full-time or part-time. We are a Nordic and international workplace with colleagues from various countries speaking multiple languages.

• Strong analytical and written skills
• Emotional intelligence and communication skills
• Native or professional proficiency in one of the Nordic languages (currently Swedish-speaking colleagues are sought)

We offer a competitive salary, negotiable based on performance, qualifications, and skills, with an estimated annual salary around €45,000-€60,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
