Senior Biotechnologist

At AGC Biologics, we are seeking a skilled Senior Biotechnologist to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. This 12-month maternity cover position is an excellent opportunity for a talented professional to contribute to the development of life-changing therapies for patients worldwide.

This role will involve conducting experiments and practical laboratory work in the upstream laboratory, focusing on process development and manufacturing of mammalian and microbial-based therapeutic proteins.

As a Senior Biotechnologist, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for running Late-Stage processes, including robustness studies, qualification of scale-down models, process characterization, and GMP regulated Cell Banks.

• Develop and execute experimental plans to optimize bioprocesses
• Conduct bench-scale and pilot-scale bioreactor experiments using mammalian cells
• Analyze data and results to inform process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
