Senior RF Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Engineer to join our team at Trackman. As a key member of our hardware team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge radar technology for our sport tracking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-performance microwave circuits and systems
  • Work on the development of our next-generation flagship radar technology
  • Drive the Radar and RF design on an innovative basis, exploring new technologies, components, and parts
  • Link budget and system calculations
  • Complete RF design simulations, including antenna simulations
  • Hardware Design Specifications, schematics, and oversee layouts of multi-layer PCBs containing analog, RF, and antenna subsystems
  • Development of RF circuits, implementation of Power Amplifiers, LNAs, Combiners, Mixers, Switches, and more
  • Design of Analog electronics IF amplifiers and AD-Converters
  • Patch Antenna design and measurement
  • Understanding of and interest in signal analysis and signal processing
  • Working closely together with algorithm and modeling team during product development and verification
  • Working with high-end RF measurement instruments
  • Creating/updating revision-controlled documentation of own work in our PDM system (Arena)
  • Assist PTA in problem-solving for issues arising in production and/or calibration
  • Defining test requirements and specification ensuring right quality of products
Requirements:
  • Minimum B.Sc/Eng. in electrical engineering, within RF/Micro-Wave technology engineering
  • 5+ years' experience from high-end products and design-for-manufacture
  • Advanced user of relevant lab test equipment (e.g., oscilloscope, spectrum-analyzer, network analyzer, etc.)
  • Experience with Microwave circuit simulation tools
  • Python scripting and data analysis
  • Solid theoretical background within microwave technology and ability and interest in adapting to practical implementation
Preferable:
  • Understanding of how regulatory standards impact design choices
  • Experience with production of high-performance microwave circuits and systems
  • Strong proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences
  • You're a team worker with good social skills and routine in dealing with colleagues, as well as internal- and external customers
