Job Description: As our new Finance Director, you will be responsible for driving strategic direction and financial leadership on a global scale. Your key responsibilities will include partnering with Vice Presidents covering AMS & EMEA stores, China stores & Retail Development, and leading channel profitability strategy through streamlined initiatives and various cost control measures.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have broad finance experience in a worldwide organization, particularly in commercial finance. A strong understanding of retail finance principles, including profitable sales growth, new store business cases, lease negotiations, and store performance optimization, is essential. Additionally, you must be able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and possess a proven track record of delivering complex projects from definition to completion.
