Job Description:

  • Develop and implement clinical trial strategies to meet business objectives, ensuring quality and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute clinical trials, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Provide medical/scientific input into the development of clinical trial protocols, informed consent forms, and other study-related documents.
  • Collaborate with investigators, CROs, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth conduct of clinical trials.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers, and other external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs from the Pharma industry.
  • Education: Life Sciences Degree.
  • Proficient in multiple languages, including Danish and English.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
