Requirements and Qualifications
  1. PhD with 5 years of experience or MS with 8 years of experience in drug development.
  2. Experience providing statistical leadership at a study level.
  3. Strong experience in Phase II, III & IV.
  4. Late Phase/RWE experience is highly preferred.
  5. Demonstrated ability to contribute to facilitating and optimizing clinical development.
  6. Experience working with CROs or managing internal deliveries is preferred.
  7. Experience supporting regulatory interactions or submissions is preferred.
Competencies
  1. Broad knowledge of clinical development processes.
  2. Able to work collaboratively in a matrix environment.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  4. Strong working knowledge of SAS and/or R.
  5. Innovative approach to statistical methodologies in clinical development is desired.
  6. Familiarity with relevant regulatory guidance documents.
  7. Expertise in CDISC, statistical programming, and data standards.
