In this role, you will work closely with the project team to create, maintain, and analyze project schedules, including costs, resources, and risks, and communicate schedule information to stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Ensuring projects have robust, dynamic, and well-structured schedules that meet contractual objectives and provide clear roadmaps for execution.
  2. Creating and maintaining project schedules, including costs, resources, and risks in close collaboration with Project Managers and team members.
  3. Draw attention to schedule deviations, problems, and solutions.
  4. Developing solution options to handle delays together with the project team.
  5. Analyzing and reporting on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  6. Promoting the importance of planning and scheduling in the organization and acting as a role model.
  7. Driving the implementation and use of planning and scheduling methodologies and tools.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • M.Sc. or B.Sc. in relevant field.
  • Experience in planning and scheduling.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to motivate and inspire colleagues around you.
  • Ability to prepare and maintain high-quality, dynamic project schedules together with the project team.
  • Self-driven person who takes personal responsibility.
  • Goal-oriented and structured way of working.
  • Experience working with Primavera P6.
  • Project Management Certificate (PMP and/or PMI-SP) is seen as an advantage.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
