Job Description

We are recruiting a CQV Lead Process Engineer to oversee the execution of Commissioning, Qualification and Validation phases for large-scale Pharma projects in Denmark.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of engineers to conduct comprehensive checks on process equipment, ensuring timely completion of Commissioning, Qualification and Validation activities.
  • Evaluate and validate Commissioning, Qualification and Validation documentation for all associated equipment.
  • Field execute and oversee Loop checking and Calibrations of process equipment.
  • Participate in regular client meetings to provide updates on project progress.
  • Coordinate vendor packages to streamline Commissioning, Qualification and Validation processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review and coordinate construction packages for seamless integration with Commissioning, Qualification and Validation activities.
Key Requirements
  • Relevant degree-level education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Danish language proficiency (desired but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Life Sciences environments.
  • Strong background in process equipment operations.
  • Proven expertise in project management.
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
