Job Overview

We at Publicis Sapient are expanding our fast-growing Microsoft D365 practice and seeking an experienced Microsoft D365 Commerce Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the Dynamics 365 Retail module for our clients, providing a comprehensive solution for managing retail operations, including point of sale, inventory, merchandising, e-commerce, and customer loyalty.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in the implementation of Dynamics 365 Retail module, ensuring alignment with client business processes.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their retail business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 Retail functionalities based on client requirements and collaborate with development teams for any necessary customizations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on Dynamics 365 Retail functionalities and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • Quality assurance: conduct thorough testing of Dynamics 365 Retail configurations and ensure the delivered solutions meet the specified business requirements and quality standards.
  • Client relationship management: establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Documentation: create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and implemented solutions and develop user manuals and training materials as needed.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience of D365 F&O Commerce.
  • Experience in a minimum of 2 full cycle implementations on Commerce/Retail and support.
  • Good exposure to Finance & SCM modules of D365.
  • D365 SCM and Commerce/Retail Certifications.
  • Ability to configure and troubleshoot new stores, POS, promotions, and hardware which includes printers, customer displays, scanners, and hardware stations.
  • Experience with rollouts, deployments, and upgrades.
  • Ability to lead conversations with senior executives on projects.
