About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Specialist to join our dynamic team in Corporate Facilities at Novo Nordisk. As an H&S Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the agenda on Health and Safety and collaborating across our organization of 300+ people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the H&S Agenda: Set directions and deliver impactful results, providing advice and support to management.
  • Plan and Implement H&S Changes: Based on strategic direction, plan, drive, coordinate, and track H&S changes and best practices across the business area.
  • Ensure Compliance and Reporting: Prepare data analyses, materials, and presentations and report on H&S status to management and other key stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with legislation and relevant requirements.
  • Manage H&S Processes: Ensure required H&S processes are running and relevant SOPs are followed.
  • Lead Root-Cause Analysis: Leading and training root-cause analysis efforts for high-priority cases across the CVP area.
Requirements
  • Relevant Education and Experience: Ideally, a master's degree and specific courses in Health and Safety, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within H&S processes and H&S management.
  • Cross-Functional Experience: Cross-functional work experience within H&S, preferably from facilities management or construction site.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Danish.
  • Personal Qualities: A proactive, innovative, and solution-oriented approach, combined with a systematic method for timely and professional execution.
