- Standard Operating Procedures: Develop, update, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
- Training and Quality Focus: Prioritize timely completion of training and quality actions while interacting with supply chain colleagues to identify critical tasks/processes that require extra attention.
- Leadership Role: Actively participate as a member of the leadership team.
- Hold at least a bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant field.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with quality, systematic problem-solving, and deviation handling.
- Demonstrate an investigative and analytical approach to problems, striving to understand how competence development contributes to solutions.
- Identify improvement opportunities and execute projects independently and proactively.
- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
