Strategic Financial Communications Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Financial Communications Manager to join our team at ALK-Abelló A/S.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to shape the direction of our investor relations and communication with financial stakeholders. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the VP of Investor Relations to set the strategic direction for our investor relations activities.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Driving Investor Relations Activities: Coordinate and participate in investor roadshows, presentations, and meetings to build strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and internal stakeholders.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance: Support the planning and drafting of financial reports, company announcements, investor presentations, and annual general meetings, ensuring timely responses to requests from investors and analysts.
- Process Improvement: Design, enhance, and maintain initiatives, processes, and policies within our investor relations area, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
You will be responsible for analysing and presenting investor feedback to our Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors, as well as staying up-to-date on global investor relations trends and regulatory requirements.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A deep understanding of capital markets, finance, and strategy, with preferably experience within investor relations.
- Strong analytical skills, with a desire to build your knowledge of capital markets, financial reporting, communication, and valuation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Project management skills, with experience driving and executing projects in a global organisation.
