Administrative Support Specialist for Maritime DTU

DTU Management is seeking a dedicated administrative support specialist to join our team at Maritime DTU. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, supporting the creation and development of relevant research proposals, and promoting collaboration with the Danish maritime research community.
Key Responsibilities- Carrying out administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and taking minutes.
- Supporting the head of the secretariat with the future development of Maritime DTU.
- Promoting Maritime DTU activities via social media and other channels.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Danish and English. A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not required.
