Job Description

Job Title: Domain Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Domain Architect to lead our data architecture efforts and drive digital transformation in Novo Nordisk's production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain the data architectural runway, ensuring harmonization and standardization with DD&IT PS Management.
  • Enable data architecture to be fit for purpose for digital use cases in DD&IT PS.
  • Lead and drive talks on the future of data architecture in Novo Nordisk's IT/OT landscape.
  • Organize change management and communication of data architecture, including its impact on the organization and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple IT and LoB organization areas, guiding them on integration architecture and architectural principles.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in IT Software Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, Communication, or similar.
  • Strong architect or engineering background with at least 5 years of experience in technologies used in data architecture, including Kafka, DataBricks, Python, Mulesoft, AWS, and PowerApps.
  • Knowledge of agile ways of working and supporting tools like Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with data harmonization, publishing complex data to data lakes, and data architecture.
  • Strong change and communication skills to support the implementation and rollout of data architecture and stakeholder input.
  • Ability to build a stronger data culture community and literacy through curating materials, facilitating workshops, and forums.

About the Team:

The team is part of the DD&IT PS organization, driving the implementation and operation of IT/OT on Novo Nordisk manufacturing facilities globally. This role also makes you part of a global community of 2100+ colleagues driving digital, data, and IT across Novo Nordisk.
