About the Role:

This position requires a senior subject matter expert who can provide strategic guidance and work closely with our management team, Global Information Security, and various other relevant departments across the value chain of Novo Nordisk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysis of information security-related geopolitical threat intelligence, including threat landscape, sanctions, political shifts, and local regulations across the globe
  • Recommendations to line of business and stakeholders in DD&IT on security guardrails, compliance, and strategies to mitigate geopolitical risks
  • Collaboration with teams across Global Information Security, Legal, Global Security and Public Affairs to integrate geopolitical insights into our information security strategy
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leaders
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are a plus
